1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The item is not damaged, tampered with, or altered in any way.
  • The return includes the original receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Perishable items, including edibles, oils, and tinctures.
  • Custom orders or special-request products.
  • Discounted or sale items.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the item (if applicable).
  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request (within 48 hours).
  4. If approved, you will receive a return authorization with shipping instructions.
  5. You must ship the return within 3 business days of receiving approval.

🚨 Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Approval Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email within 2 business days about approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • If rejected, we will return the item to you at your expense.

2.2 Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to all approved returns.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, follow these steps:

🚨 Note: We may request that you return the defective/incorrect item before issuing a refund or replacement.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 2 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they will have been processed.
  • If your order has already shipped, you must follow the return policy to receive a refund.
